SABOTAGE THREAT

EGYPTIAN PREMIER’S PLANS CHANGED LONDON, October 17. A threat to blow up the aeroplane in which the Egyptian Prime Minister, Sidky Pasha, was due to leave for Britain yesterday caused a last- minute change in his plans for the journey, according to messages from Cairo. He had originally planned to leave by a land aeroplane from Almaza, but he later decided to leave by flyingboat from a Nile base. “The Premier’s’advisers thought it would be safer to change the route and place of departure,” said an Egyptian official. Sidky Pasha, who is"expected in London to-day, will see the British Foreign M?r[. Btevijn; tomorrow, says the Daily Herald.
