RUGBY LEAGUE . Christchurch Teams at Blackball
Two non-competition Rugby League matches were played at Blackball during the week-end. On Saturday, Aranui (Christchurch) and Blackball third grade teams drew, each scoring eight points. Yesterday, Blackball juniors defeated Christchurch by 34 points to six. Owing to heavy rain yesterday morning, all Rugby League competition fixtures under the control of the West Coast Rugby League were postponed.
