(P.A.) WANGANUI, Sept. 15. The Wanganui Jockey Club’s spring meeting was concluded on Saturday in ideal weathei and before a large crowd. Ihe track was in excellent order. The tptalisator handled £74,076, a fresh record for the course, as against £56,04$ on the corresponding day last year, making the aggregate for the meeting £135,664/10/-, compared with £100,004 last year, an increase of £35,660/10/-, Four horses fell in the hurdle race, but none of the jockeys was seriously injured.
