Majesty Succeeds in Guineas (P.A.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 15,. The Avondale Jockey Club’s spring meeting was concluded at Avondale yesterday in fine weather. The track was in gppd order. The attendance was estimated at 20.000, and the totalisator handled £131,023, making a total of £273,742 for the two days. Tweedspiuir beat Hippodrome by a head in the Coronation Handicap, but after a protest on the ground of interference in.the straight, the placings were reversed. The jockey, W. S.
