RUGBY LEAGUE Three Senior Matches at Wingham Park
In order that a farewell tribute can be paid the outstanding. West Coast five-eighth, C. Mountford, of Blackball, who will leave this month for England, all senior fixtures will be played at Wingham Park to-morrow. Consequently an attractive programme will be presented to spectators. The two early matches will be between Kohinoor and Runanga and Ngahere and Brunner. Kohinoor when it first played Runanga gave this leading team considerable opposition and if a similar standard ox play is attained to-morrow, the match will be well worth seeing. Ngahere defeated Brunner by only three points in the first match of the season. The main match will be between Marist and Blackball. Pascoe will be back in the Marist side, and a repetition of the form Marist displayed , against Blackball early in the season will please the crowd. Lower grade games will be played on other grounds. The Runanga third grade team, which was to have played Kumara at Runanga, will now play at Kumara at 1.15 p.m.
