Greek Claim to Northern Epirus.
Greece has sent a memorandum to the Council of Foreign Ministers, setting out her claims to northern'Epirus, which at present includes Albania. The area claimed covers 1950 square miles, mostly populated by Greeks. The case is based on ethnic, economic, and strategic grounds. It is said to have the support of all Greek parties. —London, April 16.
