UNION WITH EGYPT
LONDON, April' 17.
Two thousand Sudanese students, shouting, “Evacuation, freedom, unity,” joined in mass demonstrations at Omdurman, supporting the Sudanese demands for union with Egypt, says Reuter’s Khartoum correspondent. Two hundred students at Port Sudan marched through the streets, smashing the windows of European firms’ premises until they were disr persed by the police.
