VOTING TN MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS (Rec. 1 p.m.) "ROME, March 20.. Communists and Socialists won in 278 communes in that part of the municipal elections held on March 17. The Christian Democrats won 22b communes. Other groups, mam y Right Wing, won 144. The “Common Man” Movement, which is regarded by its opponents as Fascist, won five communes. The Right Wing combinations, in which the movement is included, won several other communes, mainly in the south|eaSo far only about one-quarter of the communes have voted. It is like y that further voting will be postponed , until after the national elections on 1 June 2.
