LEAGUE FOOTBALL
TO-MORROW’S GAMES League football competition games will be played at Greymouth tomorrow, and the season will end on the following Sunday. Three senior fixtures have been set down, and there should be some keen matches, the stronger clubs all having representatives in the Southern Leagues’ team playing North to-day. Marist and Ngahere will play at Wingham Park, and this should be the most even game. The teams have drawn on several occasions previously in the season, but Ngahere has eventually come out on top. Marist will be out to assert themselves to-morrow and a good game should eventuate. Runanga will play the home side at Brunner, and while Runanga will be favoured after their display against Otahuhu last week, Brunner have been becoming stronger with each game this year and may spring a surprise. ' The third senior fixture is at Blackball, whore Kohinoor will play Blackball. The unbeaten Blackball side will be without six of their best players, and will be fully extended to maintain their record tp-morrow. Kohinoor will be eager to take advantage of their opportunity. Lower grade games will be played at Kumar;?, Runanga and Wingham Park.
