Moravski, making a speech before the new Polish National Council, said: “To make Poland strong and independent, it will be necessary to establish our legitimate frontiers on the western Neisse River., the Baltic and the Oder River, including the port of Stettin. Tasks facing the Government include the return ol Polish emigres scattered throughout the world/and the holding of local government elections and of pai hamentary elections. CZECHS AND - TESCHEN LONDON, July 22. The Czech Foreign Minister (M. Ripka) said that the Czech Government would under no conditions agree to the cession of any of the Teschen territory to Poland. If the Allies decided otherwise they would have to send troops to enforce the. decision, he said. The Polish Prime Minister (Mr. Osubka-Morawski). in a speech, described relations with Czechoslovakia as the only dark spot in Poland’s foreign affairs. SABOTAGE CLAIMS COPENHAGEN, July 22. A Polish-born cobbler headed a sabotage group consisting ol Polish naval " ratings, whom the Germans forcibly enrolled in the German Navy. 'The cobbler has revealed the cause of the enormous explosion m Aarhus Harbour in July. 1944. Ihe saboteurs had placed time bombs on a German ammunition ship. The delay of the vessel in leaving portcaused the explosion to occur when the vessel was still berthed at Aarhus.
