GREYMOUTH CLUB'S MEETING
At the annual meeting of the Greymouth Amateur Swimming Club, the following officials were elected:—Patron: Mr. E. McDonnell; President: Mr. W. S. McClymont; Vice-Presidents: Messrs J. O’Brien, M.P., H. Rattray, F. Baillie, F, Costello and G. Walters; Club-Captain: Mr. K. O’Leary; Deputy Club Captain: Miss V. Clements; Handicapper: Mr. W. Gieseking; .Auditor: Mr. L. McGlashan; Secre-tary-Treasurer: Miss V. Clements; Coaches: Messrs W. OT.eary and W, S. McClymont (Swimming), W. Payne (Diving), P, Affleck and W. S. McClymont (Life-saving); Trustees: Messrs W. Gieseking and W. S. McClymont; Delegates to Centre: Messrs F. Costello and W. Payne; Committee: Messrs K. Steel,-P. Affleck, W. Payne and B. Casey; the election of two women members was held over.
The report and balance sheet, showing a substantial credit balance, were read and adopted. Subscriptions were fixed at: Senior 3/-, intermediate 2/-, junior 1/-. The secretary was instructed to write to the headmasters of the Greymouth primary schools, urging them to encourage their pupils to join the Club, thus enabling them to be coached in all branches of the sport,
