GREYMOUTH LIST. The quarterly sitting of the Supreme Court at Greymouth will open on Monday next, before Mi. Justice Northcroft. The list -is comparatively light, and the sitting is expected to occupy two days. Only one jury case, a civil action for damages, is set down for hearing, the list of cases is as follows: — CRIMINAL Rex v. Kathleen Minnie Hocking, bigamy (Jor sentence only). CIVIL Patrick Keith Brereton, of Kotuku, trolleyman (as Administrator of the estate of Allan Patrick Brereton late of Kotuku, whistle boy, deceased) v. Jack Bros.
