GREYMOUTH LIST. The quarterly sitting of the Supreme Court at Greymouth will open on Monday next, before Mi. Justice Northcroft. The list -is comparatively light, and the sitting is expected to occupy two days. Only one jury case, a civil action for damages, is set down for hearing, the list of cases is as follows: — CRIMINAL Rex v. Kathleen Minnie Hocking, bigamy (Jor sentence only). CIVIL Patrick Keith Brereton, of Kotuku, trolleyman (as Administrator of the estate of Allan Patrick Brereton late of Kotuku, whistle boy, deceased) v. Jack Bros. Ltd., of Christchurch, sawmillers, claim for £lO5O arising out ol the death of A. P. Brereton in an accident. (Before Judge and jury of 12). ON APPEAL A Hill v. W. Maloney and F. Fletcher. Appeal from decision of Mr. G. G. Chisholm (Warden) on an application for the grant of a road other than for mining purposes. (Point of law only), c IN DIVORCE. Velma Jean Vincent, of Runanga, v. Andrew George Vincent, of Wellington, petition for dissolution of marriage (on grounds of three years’ separation). . Thelma Jean Alix Ogilvie, ol Greymouth, v. Clifford Boyd Ogilvie, of Hokitika, petition lor dissolution of marriage (on grounds ol three years’ separation). There is also one petition from Westport. , Charles Gordon Patterson, of Greymouth, v. Myrtle Gladys Patterson, of Greymouth, motion for decree absolute. ~ There is one similar motion from Westport.
