[our own correspondent.] REEFTON, February 17. At a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court this morning, before Messrs W. B. Auld and C. Nevin, Justices, judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following cases: R. Roberts v. James Williams, £ 18/19/ j with costs £2/16/-. W. H. Rogers v. James Wright, £l3/11/5 with costs £2/16/-. The sitting of the Warden’s Court was adjourned till March 3.
