RUGBY, December 14.
Word has been received in London to-day that Rumania has lately taken measures to assist the German transport on the Danube. It is now ascertained that the Rumanians are giving no such assistance to Italian traffic. Indeed, the Germans are making a show of excluding their Italian ally from the benefits showered on themselves, and seem to be exploiting to the full Italy’s discomfiture in Albania and in Africa. DOBRUJA EXPULSIONS. BUCHAREST, December 14. The Rumanian •Government has protested to Bulgaria against a threatened expulsion of 1000 Rumanians from South Dobruja.
SOFIA, December 14.
It is stated here that the Cariova agreement between Rumania and Bulgaria provides that 1000 Rumanians in South Dobruja must emigrate before to-morrow night.
