Sir Henry Moore has been appointed Governor and Commander-in-Chief of Kenya Colony, in succession to AirMarshal Sir Robert Brooke-Popham, who recently relinquished the Governorship in order to take up duty with the Royal Air Force, Sir Alan Burns, Governor of British Honduras, succeeds Sir Henry Moore as Assistant Under-Secretary of the Colonial Office.
