DR. BENES’ MESSAGE. WASHINGTON, September 6.

A Chicago message states that Dr. Benes has notified Britain and France: “The Czechoslovaks consider ourselves as being also at war with the German military forces. We will march with your people, until the final victory and liberation of our Fatherland.”
