During the 15 Parliamentary days remaining before the Summer recess of the Commons, the Government intends to dispose of all its emergency legislation. In view of the crowded state of the Parliamentary programme, it is regarded as certain that, quite apart from the possibility of urgency arising, the Summer receissi will be curtained.
