LONDON, July 18

After a consultation between the Home Secretary (Sir Samuel Hoare) and .the Metropolitan Police Commissioner (Sir Philip Game), and Cooperation by the Eire Government, Parliament is expediting leglisation to make illegal the Irish Republican .Army. ' Sir Samuel Hoare will introduce the bill on July 20 confering authority to seize Republican Army funds in England. The bill is designed to assist the police in t checking acts of terrorism by the Irish Republican Army.
