LONDON, July 13.

The “Daily Express” correspondent nt Hendaye reports' that the Italian Foreign Minister (Count Ciano) was warmly welcomed' at San Sebastian on his trip to present General Franco Italy’s bill for £30,000,000 for aid in the civil war. Italians want the payments made bv a five-year trade agreement, under which Italy will get Spanish copper and other valuable war materials. FRANCO TO VISIT ITALY. SAN SEBASTIAN, July 13. General Franco has accepted an invitation to visit Italy, in September.
