The “Daily Express' says new instructions to bring the negotiations to a speedy conclusion' were sent to the British Ambassador '(Sir William Sc sd'S) • The position was reviewed by the Cabinet yesterday, the Ministers concluding that if the new instructions do not produce an agreement within a reasonable time, it is useless to pursue the negotiations. “The Times” says that a long and complicated communication sent to Sir William Seeds contained no new instructions, but merely clarifies the points previously discussed.
