1 NANG AHU A CLUB. [OHB OWH CORRESPONDENT.] REEFTON, March 10. The first annual meeting of the Inangahua Miniature Rifle Club was held last evening. Mr. AV. Gore Porter (President) occupied the chair, and 14 members attended. An apology for absence was received from Mr. Austin. The balance-sheet showed that the Glut) had enjoyed a good year, financial membership being 108 senior, 19 junior and women. Mr. R. McMillan moved that the accounts as presented be adopted. — Seconded by Air. R. Alborn and carried. The election of officers resulted as follows: Patron. Mi-. AV. J. Humphries ire-elected); president. Mr. AV. GorePorter: vice-president, Mr. L. R. Austin; captain, Mr. B. Alborn; vice-cap-tain, Mr. AV. King; treasurer: Mr. C. Lawn: committee, Messrs. R. McMillan, P. Malloy, F. Hoy, R. Hobbs. AV. Russell, C. Butcher, AAL Blom; executive committee, President, vicepresident, captain, vice-captain, and secretary; auditor, Mr. C. Nevin; selection committee. Messrs. Alborn. King and McMillan: target judges, Messrs R. Yellowlees and S. Robinson; disputes judge, President; armourer, Mr. F. Crompton; range officer. Mr. R. McMillan; deputy-range officers, Messrs. Crompton and King: secretary, Mr. O. Collins. It was resolved that the club rifles be insured. The annual balance date was fixed ar. January 31 in each year. Il was resolved that the incoming committee be recommended to fix the shooting night as Tuesday, and that Thursday night be the night for juniors and women; also that the competition shoots be commenced on Tuesday, March 28, and that competition shoots be held on Tuesday, Marclil l. and March 21.

Mr. AV. King moved that, the annual subscriptions be fixed as last year, senior 5/-, junior 2/6, women 2/6. — Seconded by Mr. Alborn and carried. A resolution was carried that the official opening night be held on March 18. and that an invitation be extended io Greymouth, AVestport, Runanga. Brunner, and Ross Clubs.
