TROOPS IN MEDITERRANEAN. [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYRIGHT.] LONDON, March 10. The Rome correspondent of “The Times” says the British Attache (Sir Noel Charles) and the Italian Foreign Minister (Count Ciano) discussed reports of troop movements in the Mediterranean. It is understood that reassuring explanations were received regarding Libya and the general Italian attitude in the Mediterranean. FRENCH REINFORCEMENTS LA ROCHELLE, March 10. A battalion of Senegalese sharpshooters has left Marseilles, for Djibouti.
