HARRIERS. Saturday’s run of the St. John’s Harrier Club was a club run, and did not count for the Championship Cup. The course led from St. John’s schoolroom to Stratford Blair and Coy’s mill at, South Beach, via Shakespeare ■" Street, along the company’s tramway to where it joins the GreymouthMarsden Road and back to the starting point via Shakespeare Street. The distance was approximately' eight miles. D. Henderson was first, J. Burrell second, and K. Fehsenfeld third. Time 75 minutes. Next Saturday’s run will be of miles, the last run of the season, and the last of the championship series, ''and it will also decide the winner of the sealed handicap cup. The Wellington Harrier Club’s Shaw Baton relay, of six laps, held on Saturday, resulted in a win for Scottish in the A Grade, and Presbyterian In the B grade. J.. Riddington made the fastest lap time, of smin 53siec., in the A grade, and Jardine the fastest B grade lap time, of Grain 23sec.
