MILTARISTS IN COMMAND [BY CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYEIGHT.] LONDON, December 30. The Bucharest correspondent of “The Times” says that M. Octavian Goga. who formed the new Roumanian Cabinet, is planning to hold new elections in April. The present Parliament will be summoned and dissolved, or the recent elections will be declared null and void on the ground that the electoral commission failed to publish the results within eight days as required by law. The Bucharest correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says that the Goga Cabinet has already started work along the lines of other dictatorial governments. The first important decision was the establishment of a semi-military party. M. Goga told newspaper men that the principles of nationalism would be applied to public life with the motto: “Roumania for the Roumanians.” The activities of the new Government would develop strictly within the limits of the constitution. JEWISH NEWSPAPERS BUCHAREST, December 30. The first meeting of the new Cabin: et decided to suspend three Jewishowned and widely-read Democratic newspapers immediately. ANTI-JEWISH ACTION. (Recd. It is understood that Premier Goga intends to confiscate the Jews’ lands, cancel Jewish licenses to sell tobacco and alcohol, and forbid them to become merchants in villages. The expulsion of many immigrants is expected. RUSSIAN ACTION. (Recd. December 31, Noon.) BUCHAREST, December 30. The Soviet Minister is reported to have notified the new Government of the Soviet’s'intention to denounce the non-aggression pact with Roumania. Roumanian arms contracts with France and Czechoslovakia have been suspended.
