The engagement is announced of Prince Louis Ferdinand, the former ]Kaiser’s favourite grandson, who since 'his elder brother’s morganatic marIriage has become heir to the Hohenzollern estates, and the Grand Duchess 1 Kyra, aged 28, second daughter of the I Grand Duke Cyril, heir to the throne ’ of the Tsars. She is a granddaughter of Queen Victoria, and a cousin of King George V.
