FOREIGN MINISTER’S VISIT. [BY CABLE —PBEBS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] (Received February 23, 8 a.m.) VIENNA, February 22. Von Neurath is arriving on a two days’ visit to discuss Austro-German cultural relations. He received a tumultuous welcome, tens of thousands shouting “Heil Hitler” and giving the Nazi salute. The demonstrations resulted in many arrests of well-known Nazis as a precautionarv measure.
