REEFTON. April 26

Mr W. S. Pratt, who has been, headmaster of the Reefton District High School for over five years, has been appointed to the Blenheim District High School, and takes‘up his new appointment early in May. An election for County members will not be necessary in the Crushington Springs Junction or Inangahua Junction ridings of the Inangahua County, as the required number of candidates only were nominated. Four candidates have been nominated for the Reefton Riding. Messrs F. W. Archer. J. B. Auld, D. Panckhurst and F Seawright and two councillors are required. Two councillors are also required for the Antonio's Riding, and Messrs Wm. Clayton. G. B. Mclnroe and J. W. Teasdale have been nominated for the seats.
