The secretary of Lawson’s Flat Gold Sluicing Company, Ltd., reports that the wash-up for the two weeks ended October 8, resulted in 33 oz. 3 dwt. of retorted gold. MINERVA MINES LTD. It is expected that the Minerva gold mine’s battery, will be . completed within the next three weeks, when crushing operations will then be commenced. It is approximately thirty years since this mine was in operation. • .
