ASSOCIATION MEETING. The weekly meeting of the management committee of the Westland Football Association was held last evening, there being present: Messrs W. Robertson (chairman), E. Flood, J. B. Paton, W. Rafferty (Referees delegate) and C. Restieaux (hon. secretary). Apologies for absence were received from Messrs F. M. Smyth and E. Airey. t Referees’ reports were received as satisfactory from A. R. Hamill, S. Hewison, W. Rafferty, R. Nelson and C. Hodgson. Messrs F. M. Smyth and C. Restieaux were appointed to select the junior representative team to defend the Dewar Cup against Canterbury on Septembex* 29. Fixtures fox* Saturday were arranged as follow:—Junior Trial at Victoria Park, 2.45 p.m. (J. Mossop). Fourth Grade: Technical B v. Cobden, at Technical Ground, 1 p.m. (A. McLean); Greymouth v. Technical, at Victoria Park, 1 p.m. (J. McNeil). JUNIOR TRIAL TEAMS Teams for the junior trial match on Saturday, have been chosen as follow: Probables: —R.
