Patton (Auckland) 20-22, 21-16, 16-21, 21-17, 21-18. Women’s Singles: Miss E. Masters (Wellington) boat Miss L. Hughes (Palmerston North) 21-14, 21-18. Men’s Doubles: C. F. Williams and H. D. Kennedy (Wellington) beat Cheal and Pyle 21-15, 15-21, 21-16, 21-17. Women’s Doubles: Misses M. Williams and M. Hollis (Wellington) beat Misses Smyth and MacGregor 21-12, 21-18. Mixed Doubles: R. Dennis (Wanganui) and Miss Hughes beat Williams and Miss Williams 21-19, 21-19.
