Gandhi will undertake another tour throughout India in connection with his campaign for the social emancipation of the Untouchable classes. QUAKE RELIEF FUNDS (Rec. September 6, 10.30 a.m.) CALCUTTA, September 5. The question is being widely asked what has happened to the large fund collected for earthquake relief by Babu Rajenda Prasad, who is a Bihar Congress leader, and his associates, under the title of the central relief committee.
