DEPARTURE ARRANGEMENTS. [by CABLE —PRESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] LONDON September 1. The Duke of Gloucester has left Balmoral Castle for London. He is staying at Buckingham Palace until Tuesday, when he will depar.t for Marseilles.The Duke will fly to Le Bourget in the Prince of Wales’ aeroplane. He will be accompanied by a staff of four. From Le Bourget they will go to Marseilles. The details of the time and place of departure from England have not been settled. The start will be private and informal. Owing to quarantine difficulties the Duke is obliged to leave behind his favourite pet, the Aberdeen terrier, “Dongal,” which has hitherto gone everywhere with him, whether in car or aeroplane, on official or private engagements, and even in camp with the Tenth Hussars.
