EXPECTED ARRIVALS. I-luanui, Foxton, to-morrow. Kartigi, Westport, to-morrow. Gael, Wellington, to-morrow. Gabriella, May 15. PROJECTED DEPARTURES. Rata, Wellington, to-night. Kartigi, Melbourne, early. Gabriella, Sydney, early. SHIPPING NOTES. The Rata arrived this morning, from Nelson, and is to sail to-night with coal and timber for Wellington. The Gael left Wellington this morning for Greymouth, with cargo.

The Kartigi is due to-morrow morning, from Auckland via Westport, to load timber for Melbourne. The Gabriella is due to load at Greymouth about May 15 for Sydney and Newcastle.

The Huanui is due to-morrow, from Foxton, to load coal for return. The Karepo leaves Melbourne, about May 12, for Greymouth, via ports, with cargo. Mr M. .1. Carey has been appointed chief officer of the Titoki, in place of Mr E. H. Fowler. Mr F. Radford has been appointed second mate of the Taupata, relieving Mr J.
