BUS PASSENGERS KILLED.

ELYRIA (Ohio), April 15.
Six out of twelve sleeping passengers were killed when a Chicagobound bus crashed into a heavilyladen lorry. The remainder were critically injured, and several will probably die. Only men were killed, but several women and children were injured.
BRITISH BUDGET.
LONDON, April 16.
The Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr Neville Chamberlain, spent the entire day in completing his Budget speech. His plans were communicated to a. Cabinet Council on Monday evening. Meanwhile, the public are speculating as to how the surplus will be disposed of in a Budget which is described as the most cheerful of a decade.
DISAFFECTION BILL.
LONDON, April 16.
Sir Thomas Inskip, in moving the second reading of the Incitement, to Disaffection Bill, said that it was not panic legislation, but was designed to prevent the circulation of subversive literature among the forces. Mr Lawson moved the rejection of the Bill, which was read a second time by 277 votes to 63.
