FLOOD DANGER PASSES SYDNEY, April 17.

The danger of serious floods on thq South Coast has passed, with the passage south-eastward into the Tasman. Sea, of the cyclonic disturbance. Communication with South Coast towns has not been completely restored, but 1000 tons of earth which blocked the Prince’s Highway has been removed. The South Coast railway service remains suspended, as a result of the blockage of tunnels by landslides. Shipping proceeding to Sydney from the South is much delayed. The The Weather Bureau has issued a warning to shipping, forecasting continued rough seas along the southeastern coastline, and in the Tasman Sea.
