WEATHER FORECAST. General inference: A depression, which enveloped the Dominion, on Sunday, is now passing eastwards, and an atni-cyclone is advancing across the Tasman Sea. Forecast; Moderate to fresh southerly winds, decreasing shortly. Weather mainly fair to fine, but some scattered showers at first. Cold temperatures, with inland frosts. Seas moderate. ______
