Reserves: Blackie, Williamson, Hislop and Stewart. South Island: Timlin (Westland), captain; S. Cawtheray (Canterbury), H. Cope (Otago); J. Teichert (Buller), A. Sutherland (Canterbury), W. Chapman (Otago); C. Ives (Otago), D. Sutherland (Canterbury), A. Trotter (Canterbury), G. Groves (Otago), D. G. Walker (Canterbury). Reserves: S. Taylor, A. Brown, Stcnhouse (Otago), F. A. Graham (Buller). The reserves in each case will replace other players in the second half of the game. At the request of the Australian Football Association, the Council of the New Zealand Association has decided that the New Zealand team shall leave the Dominion on May 11 by the Wanganella, and return on.
