NURSE KERR’S TRIAL
JURY AGAIN DISAGREES. [PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, March 31. The re-trial of Nurse Elizabeth Kerr on three charges, of administering poison, ended to-night. The jury, after a retirement of five and a-quarter hours, disagreed. A third .trial was granted. The accused was bailed at £5OO.
