The Government has ordered the release of the Stahlhelm leaders, who were arrested for allegedly enrolling Communists in the Palatinate. A NAZI WARNING. BERLIN, March 31. The Nazis warn the Communist Party and the Socialist Party, which continue to exist in the internation-aly-administered Saar region, that twenty of their members will be arrested for every Nazi that is assaulted. AUSTRIAN SOCIALISTS DISBAND. VIENNA, March 31. In consequence of an alleged plan for widespread armed action against the Government, the Socialist Defensive Alliance has been summarily disbanded, and army detachments are making a demonstration march in the city to-day. BURGOMASTER RETALIATES. (Recd'. April 1, 12.20 p.m.) VIENNA, March 31The Socialist burgomaster, Hen* Seitz, has retaliated for the disbandment of the Socialist Defensive Alliance, otherwise the Schutz-bond, by issuing a decree for the disbandment of the Reimwelir, the Austrian Fascists, who are distinct from the Nazis.

The decision is due to the Reimwehr’s threat, forcibly to alter the Constitution. The Government is not likely to ratify the decree.
