RUGBY, March 10.

Conversations between the British and. French Ministers took place at Paris. .At their conclusion a communique issued by the Foreign Office, London, was as follows: “The Prime Minister and Sir J. Simon spent the night at the British Embassy. On the way to Geneva, they were very glad to avail themselves of the opportunity of renewing relations with the President of the Council and M. Boncour, with whom they exchanged views upon the main economic and political questions now calling, for attention. The urgency of the Geneva problem, especially in relation to the actual European situation was fully recognised. The Ministers declared themselves determined to seek, in agreement with representatives of other States, all means of safeguarding the peace of the world.”
