[our own correspondent.] REEFTON, June 27. The funeral of the late Mrs Frances Seawright, took place on Saturday morning, and despite the inclemency of the weather, many friends assembled to pay their-last respects to the deceased. Requiem Mass was celebrated at-the Church of the Sacred Heart, and a large number attended, Father Seymour conducting the service. The service at the last vesting place at the Suburban Cemetery was conducted by Rev. Father Aldred. ' • Mrs George White, of Crushington, is spending a short holiday in Christchurch.
