OPERA HOUSE TO-NIGHT. John Longden and Sydney Fairbrother in “Murder on the Second Floor” will be shown to-night. It is $n exciting mystery drama packed with thrills. The supporting pictures are .varied, and include a two-ree’ comedy. Vivid spectacular' scenes of the Gallipoli campaign of 1915 have been secured by Anthony Asquith in the British talking film, “Tell England.” The .camera has treated the naval bombardment, the Anzac landing and the raid of “Clara,” a Turkish trenchjnorta, with real eloquence.
OLD TIME DANCE. To-morrow", in the- United Pavilion, the Karoro Sports Club are staging another of their popular Old Timo Dances. Billy Williams’ Orchestra is synonymous for good music, so everybody attending is assured of a good evening’s entertainment. The committee are shortly arranging a function in aid of the Sports Queen for the unemployment- funds carnival.
