TWO MEN IMPRISONED. . [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, June 27. Two seamen, Harry Collins, 52, and Peter Kelly 53, both with previous convictions, were gaoled to-day for stealing 501 b of gelignite, belonging to the Government, from a camp near Pokeno. The police said that the gelignite had not yet been traced. One witness said that accused told .him they were going to blow up fish. “That gelignite was not going to be used for fishing,” said Magistrate Hunt, in sentencing both to six months’ hard labour, arid Collins to twelve months’ reformative detention.
