April-June delivery are quoted at £5 7/6 f.0.b., S.I. and later months at £6 12/6. The on-truck price for earlier - months is £4 7/6. Prompt fowl feed is quoted at 4/4id f.ojx, and spread at 4/51. oats are firmer, and up to 3/6 per bushel f.0.b., S.I. has been paid for “spread” A Gartons. Very few are offering, and approximately growers are leaving them in stack, or they are very scarce. Local Gartons are quoted at 2/9 to 3/- on trucks. Algerians are quoted at 3/- on trucks. Blenheim chaff is being offered to Auckland at £5 per ton, and as freight from the former point is '5/- per ton cheaper than from Lyttelton, the price in Christchurch has to be 5/per ton lower to compete. The Christchurch quotation to farmers is £3 15/- to £4 per - ton. The pea market moved up during the week, oh account of some forward sellers having to come on the market. This realised the price to £6 6/- f.0.b., 5.1., which is above London parity. Prices on trucks have been 5/- per bushel. Small seeds show po alteration. 1 STOCKS AND SHARES. DUNEDIN, March 12.
