LONDON, February 14Sir John Simon, interviewed on his return to London, said that a good beginning was made by the Disarmament Conference. There was a general feeling that the Geneva Conference would lead to more tangible results than was originally expected in some quarters. There is now a probability that the general discussion, which it was formerly anticipated would drag on until Easter, will be concluded within a fortnight, enabling the sub-committee to get to work-
