THEFTS OF CLOTHING
WOMAN CLERK ACCUSED. [FEB PBESB ASSOCIATION’.] DUNEDIN, November 18. Jessie Elizabeth Reeder, 23, on ten theft charges of articles, consisting of women’s wearing apparel, was remanded for a week. The woman was employed as a clerk at the D.1.C., and is alleged to have stolen from there and other business places, goods totalling over £l4O. Altogether they represented ovei’ 108 thefts over a year’s period. All the goods were recovered at the 'girl’s home, and none had been worn.
