STRIPPED AND LASHED. (Received November 16, 10 a.m.) VANCOUVER, November 15. Five supposed Communists, living In the Pontiac district, Michigan, were kidnapped from their homes at midnight by vigilantes, taken to the Baseball Park, stripped and lashed by whips. The captors included uniformed men, but the police deny knowledge of the incident.
