INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. [BY CABLE—PBESS ASSN. —COPYBIGHT.] (Received November 16, 11 a.m.) LONDON, November 15. “The momentous outcome of Sir J. Simon’s visit to Paris, ostensibly to attend the League Council, may be an International Conference on debts and reparations.” declares the “Observer’s” diplomatic correspondent. It is understood that Sir T. Simon has been with the important mission to inaugurate British participation in the impending financial economic reconstruction. The Government assumes that an international conference will automatically result from the Franco-German conversations.
