A man, a girl, and a baby boy were killed, and four others were seriously injured when a private car crashed into a service car near Lithgow. So great was the impact that the vehicles were completely wrecked. The body of one was torn froin the chassis. The crash was heard a mile distant. Rescuers found the bodies strewn over the roadway.
