■Using a big schooner and two American submarines, one masquerading as a German vessel, as the background against which much of the action takes place. George O’Brien has the masculine lead, and the cast includes Warren Hymer, John Loder, William Collier, Sr., Walter C. Kelly, Gaylord Pendleton, Larry Kent and Mona Mafls.
